Locks and Keys (Actual RP)

Madison was not having a very good morning. First he had to wake up Alonzo, so they could go to school, only to be hit on the side of his head by one of Alonzo's canes. Luckily Madison made Alonzo leave his sword-cane at the door, or he would've lost his head. Then when Madison got into his office to check his e-mail, he tripped over the and landed flat on his face. And finally to top it all off, his inbox was filled with nothing but complaints from his employees. So he spent most of the morning trying to fix and reply to each and every complaint. All in all not a very good start to the first day of school.

While Madison's day started out horrible, Alonzo's couldn't be better. It started with a nice dream about his family. Only it was interrupted when Madison entered his room, but he got to hit him 'accidentally' with his cane. "That's what he gets for waking me up." Mumbled Alonzo under his breath. He was also able to have a long hot shower with out Madison banging on the door telling him to hurry. And at breakfast he was able to take the first piece of warm buttery toast. All in all a good start to the first day of school.

Charles got up by his alarm, luckily he was always a morning person, it was 6:30am, he did his morning routine. His father never let a servant do any thing for him he had to do it himself. So his father moved him out at to live alone in a house not to far from the school. However his father would send him money every other week make sure he would be fine. He never understood why his father did this, but never questioned. He went to his computer to check the weather to find out if he should walk or drive himself. Looks like he could walk so he gathered his stuff and grabbed a his morning toast and got when out on his first day school of his last year.

Whitney rolled over in her bed. Happy birthday to me, she thought. What a wonderful gift, the first day of school. She sighed and crawled out of bed. Mornings are bad enough as they are, but now school has to come into play again. Maybe this will be the year the letters stop coming. She shrugged to herself as she finished brushing her teeth. After she was all spiffed up and ready to go she grabbed a bagel and ran out her door.


Elise's phone woke her up all too soon; she thought she had just fallen asleep when it went off. She grumbled about being so nervous that she wasn't able to get a good night's sleep before getting up and pouring herself a bowel of Lucky Charms. She got ready slowly, still dreading this first day. When she couldn't put it off any longer, Elise put on the glasses she didn't need, grabbed her bag, and locked the door behind her.

Alonzo tilted his head to the side when he heard Madison slump into a chair. "Having a good morning boss?" Madison glared at the other boy at the breakfast table. "No I am not." He growled making Alonzo laugh. Madison just glared again and started shoveling food onto his plate. "Well cheer up boss, this is our last year at school." Said Alonzo after finishing his meal. "Yeah, and maybe this year I can get you to stop hitting people that comes with in five feet of me." This caused the blind assassin to snort. "You hired me as a bodyguard, I'm just doing my job." Madison just sighed and shook his head. After Madison finished his breakfast both boys grabbed there school supplies and headed out the door to school.

Once Whitney arrived at school she started looking around for the list that would tell her where her first class would be. 17a, that wasn't too far from the list. She walked to the room so she could place her bag on the desk she wanted in hopes the teacher wasn't going to be evil and do assigned seating.

Elise searched for the office so she could get her student id card and number. She was slightly early for the person who handles this type of student business so she went back into the hall and awkwardly leaned on the wall. She looked up and down the hall at the very few people who were around and started to think this was a bad idea.

Charles just arrived at the school after a brisk walk, He walked in the front doors and headed down the hall to his first class, 19a, his last year of high-school English, he knew this was going to be a good year. while walking down the hall he saw a girl in 17a all alone, He thought it was odd that a girl like her would be with out friends but it none of his business... "omph! Hey what do you... Oh I'm sorry... didn't see you there..." Charles had walked right into a girl.

Alonzo was leaning against a wall smirking while Madison was franticly searching his pockets. "I know I had it, but where did I put it?" Said Madison making his bodyguard smirk. "I might as well give you this before you start stripping. I mean every one all ready thinks we're gay because we live together, don't need them thinking we like to have sex in public places." Madison stopped, glared at Alonzo, and then tore the piece of paper Alonzo took out of his pocket. "Oh, and I suppose that you acting possessive, and hitting every one that approaches me, does nothing to that rumor." The assassin just smirked and shook his head. "Certainly not, I am only doing my job remember." Madison growled and looked at the paper before storming away. "We're in room 17a."

Whitney looked around the classroom. No one had staked a claim by ways of the easily displaced binder or the less easily displaced backpack. She thought for a moment before placing her bag on the middle desk before transferring valuables like her cell phone into her pockets.

Elise rubbed her shoulder where the most contact was made. She was put off by both the coarse first reaction and the change in the boy's tone. She started to forget that she was going to try to blend in. "Why is your response different because I'm a girl? I understand that some things are different because of that, but apologizing is not one of them."

"Hardly, It took me a moment to noticed that i was the one at fault, if I change my response it means nothing to a person gender." replied Charles, "So if you do not mind, I will be leaving this brief conversation has dulled, Good-bye." With that Charles continued on to his classroom.

"You're not still mad at me?" Madison just growled and shook his head. "I'm not mad at you Alonzo, this morning has not been fun." Alonzo tilted his head to the side and hit Madison over the head with his cane. "That's the understatement of the century." He said to the scowling Madison. "So cheer up, it's too early to be grumpy." Madison just glared at his bodyguard and rubbed his head. "Fine we're at our class any ways."

Whitney looked up when she heard voices. She saw two people blocking the door. She tilted her head to the side and half watched, half waited. She giggled at the overly optimistic boy when he hit his grumpy friend on the head.


Elise tried not to laugh too hard, but a strange sound came out of her nose so she gave up trying to hide it. As she was laughing she dropped an over exaggerated bow, the type she's seen in funny Shakespeare movies or the Tudors. "Yes, Oh Great One! Thank you for gracing me with your presence."

Charles continued to walk away and stated with a clear voice, "Always happy to be there for my people." then calmly walked into his class room. After sitting down he could not help but be annoyed because this was his first day of his last year... Oh well... he might as well relax and think about what he will practice to night after school.

Madison quickly looked up when he heard giggling. "a quanto pare c'è qualcuno già qui." He said to Alonzo in Italian. "No, really?" Came Alonzo's sarcastic response as he sat down at a desk. "Basta provare a non colpire il suo bene."

"Yes, there was already someone here, but I'm leaving. You've got the room all to yourselves now." Whitney shook her head. Can't please everyone.

Elise grinned. The lady who knew how to work the silly id machine should be here by now, as far as she was concerned. So she walked back into the office to get her business taken care of.

Madison stared after the girl that just walked out of the class. "Crap, she speaks Italian." Alonzo laughed a little bit and patted his boss on the head, with his cane. "Then you better go and apologize." Scowling Madison ran after the girl.

Charles sat down in a random chair. he didn't really care where he sat so long as it was near a window. He always got his best inspiration for his music from looking out side. he reached into his bag to pull out a sheet of paper with his classes on it. he scanned it over... Good he thought no music classes, the last time got in one his father would not speak to him until he was done with that class. he calmed himself down after that unwanted conversation and looked out the window to enjoy the morning.

Whitney paid no attention to the hurried footsteps behind her; people were always in a hurry around here. She stopped at the water fountain that was always cold and bent to take a drink.

Elise looked around again. Now that it was closer to when class would actually start the halls were busy. She looked down at her schedule and scurried off to find her classroom.

Madison stopped quickly when the girl he was chasing stopped for a drink. When he stopped he lost his balance and fell flat on his face. 'Not the entrance I was hopping for.' Thought Madison quickly standing up again. "Perdonami."

"For interrupting a sip of water? You're fine." Whitney smirked. "Perché l'italiano?"

Elise found her class on the second floor and tried to fade into the background of students in the room.

"Yeah, I didn't expect any one else to speak Italian so I didn't mean to sound rude or anything." Madison said scratching his palms nervously. "It's just Alonzo has a habit of hitting any one that gets within five feet of him."
Alonzo let out a couple of loud sneezes. 'Huh, boss must be talking about me.' He thought and started tapping a tune on his desk.

"Mmm, too bad. He looked sweet." Whitney shrugged and shifted her weight. "That must be a problem with twenty plus people in a classroom."

Elise looked up at the clock and wondered when the bell was going to ring.

"He's not that sweet." Madison mumbled under his breath. "Yeah it got to be a problem so I usually take his cane away." Alonzo stopped tapping his desk, only for him to pick up his cane and start twirling it. 'I should go get boss so he wont be late for class.' He thought, an evil smirk spread across his face. 'But I'm mean, so he can be late.'

"Well that isn't very nice." Whitney smirked. A bell started to ring, calling wandering students to class. "Better head back before we're late."

Madison just shrugged his shoulders. "Just wait until you get smacked by that thing, it hurts." He turned towards the classroom and offered his arm to Whitney. "May I have the privilege of escorting you to class?"

Charles looked up at the clock noting the time and got ready for another grueling year has just started. Now noticing the rest of the class coming in he was happy to see that no one he knew or remember came in. this just might be the best class of the day he thought to himself happily.
